This example is one of only 387 Ferrari 365 GT4 / BB built by Ferrari and is hence rarer than other exceptional Ferraris like the F40, F50 and Enzo. With an output of 380 bhp and a weight of 1120kg, the 365 BB accelerates from 0-60 in just 5.4 seconds and reaches a top speed in excess of 175 mph. In 1973, the GT4 BB was a tremendously quick machine and can still outpace most of today's sports cars. Interestingly, it was far quicker than both the Daytona which it replaced and the 512BB, the model that followed it. Its flat 12 boxer engine derived from Ferrari's racing engine was the first such powerplant to be fitted in a road car. The typical 6 tail lights and 6-pot exhaust tubes , as well as the absence of NACA-inlets on the rear wings distinguishes this car from the 512.

The car presented was delivered new in 1974. Finished in rosso corsa with crema leather interior and black stripes to the seats and black carpets, it is fitted with 9" wheels at the rear and retains the signature six exhaust pipes. The car has run only a few hundred km since a new clutch was fitted. To this day this car has run a mere 23.000 km.
