of special search, we might request a deposit on an "escrow account"
which is a guarantee for us that there is genuine interest.

A deposit is sent to a special bank account "escrow account" monitored by Me A. Parmesan, attorney at law with the Bar of Brussels. After three weeks the deposit is returned unconditionally by Me Parmesan, regardless of the client's decision to purchase or not to purchase the car we have sourced for him, less the attorney's fees of 250 Euros. Note: Any other suitable commitment guarantee will be considered. |
